NORMAN MARKGRAAFF DIRECTOR
Spent a lifetime in all sectors of real estate from real estate broking, international franchising, multi listing, property development, construction and project management.
He co-founded “Sherlock Homes” one of the largest real estate companies on the East Rand in Johannesburg in South Africa in 1984 and currently sits on the board. Cofounded and is currently a director of “Hidensity Construction” a leading construction company specialising in the construction of multi-dwelling developments all over South Africa. He was instrumental in the forming of RNS (Residential Network Systems), and a founding member of the company that purchased the ERA brand for South Africa. He is currently the CEO of Private Estates International, a business aimed specifically at meeting the challenges posed by large real estate developments. He co-founded and is currently a director of CAP (Christian Action Partners) a non-profit charity, with the aim of supporting destitute children, Aids orphans and creating jobs for the impoverished.
Norman has project managed the development, construction and marketing of nearly 4 000 residential homes and most recently consulted on the prestige Eagle Canyon Golf Estate Development in Johannesburg and is currently consulting on St Micheils Golf Estate.
NADINE J MARKGRAAFF DIRECTOR
Nadine has been the administration and support backbone in the very exciting and challenging life of being married to Norman, her husband of 33 years. She co-founded Sherlock Homes in 1984, created and implemented all the business systems and controls required to take real estate into the technological age. She is currently still a director of Sherlock Homes (Pty) Ltd. In 1995 she was approached by ERA (an American real estate franchise company) to become their business development manager and took on the role and served in this position as well as being one of their internationally appointed real estate trainers where uplifted over 300 real estate agents and 30 real estate businesses. Travel demands however prompted Nadine to start her own company, Nadmark Realty in 2000, servicing the real estate needs of one of Johannesburg’s foremost suburbs until she was headhunted by the developer of Eagle Canyon Golf Estate on the West side of Johannesburg. Nadine was appointed Managing Director of Eagle Canyon Property Brokers and Managing Director of Vitex Property Sales, positions which she held and very successfully served, winning numerous awards for the best real estate company for three consecutive years, until February 2008 when she and the family decided to move to the Western Cape.
Nadine is a qualified CRS (Certified Real Estate Specialist) trainer, trained in Las Vegas USA, and although very humble, has sold more real estate and advised more property developers than most international property groups. She is regularly consulted by property developers for advice. |

KINGSLEY EZE DIRECTOR
One of the emerging business leaders and corporate executives leading the charge in expanding Nigeria’s economy into new frontiers. His career spans manufacturing, banking, venturing, information technology and business consulting. He started his career as a financial analyst in a Nigerian bank before proceeding to work with Accenture, Lagos, as a technology consultant in the Process and Solutions Engineering service line.Innovative and leadership skills later saw him serve in a number of Executive capacities in some of the cutting edge businesses in Nigeria. Between 2005 and 2008, he was Head of E-Business, a strategic business unit, at NEXTZON Business Services Limited, Lagos, where he led the most aggressive eGovernment and Technology Strategy initiatives in Nigeria, providing technology-enabled transformation strategy and advice to state governments and their agencies in areas including land reform.
He was the CEO of GPS Solution Limited, an IT Solutions and Services Company and later served as the CEO of CFS West Africa, a global service management outfit that provides technology-enabled Integrated Service Quality Information Services (ISQIS) for customer-centric service organisations. Before leaving CFS, he led the company’s transformation into the leading Service Management consulting business, including the banking sector, in Nigeria.
Kingsley holds a B.Eng Computer Science and Engineering, has attended several local and international training programs on eCommerce and enterprise applications design and deployment. He is an alumnus of the London Business School and is currently part of the prestigious INSEAD Global Executive MBA programme.
PATRICK O. OKIGBO III DIRECTOR
An experienced executive with years of corporate business experience in Nigeria and the USA, an expert in corporate finance and strategy, worked with Citigroup in structured finance, and top consulting firm, Accenture, in strategy and business architecture development. Patrick has been advising companies and governments on efficiencies in their business and financial operations.
He is the Group Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of Transnational Corporation of Nigeria Plc responsible for all financial transactions. Patrick was a Vice President in Citi Markets & Banking in Washington DC, USA where he provided corporate banking solutions to major agencies of the United States government. Patrick worked with top executives of the United States government to implement treasury solutions. While with Citi Global Commodity Trade Finance in New York, he was involved in structuring transactions that offer financing and risk mitigation solutions to participants in the commodity value chain.
He obtained his MBA in Finance and Strategic Management from Emory University in Atlanta, and was part of the six-member consulting team that advised the North West Development Agency (NWDA) of the United Kingdom on strategies for attracting foreign direct investment. He was the President of the Black MBA Association and gave the valedictory speech at his graduation ceremony.
He was a consultant with Accenture in Nigeria where he worked in the financial services industry in Nigeria and Cote d'Ivoire with projects covering areas of strategic management, process re-engineering, and human capital management.
