Residential 2
Residential 2 properties will be constructed on slightly smaller stands with a predetermined architectural design set for each complex. The design standard will cover the look and feel of each home, with regards to paint colour, roof tiles and style of home, enabling the positioning of themed “villages” within the estate. The purchaser still being offered a choice of floor plans and interior finishes.

Residential 3
Residential 3 properties are by definition entry level homes or “flats”, or apartments, on smaller portions of land, aimed at the first-time home buyers, newly weds, young parents, public servants and older folk not requiring large homes any longer. The style, finishes and floor plans of these units are predetermined by the developer and the benefits of scale achieved in lower construction costs are passed onto the purchaser, making the purchase of a Res 3 property good value for money. Although these units are smaller in size, and occasionally share a dividing wall, every effort is made to give each unit a private garden for children to play and to keep pets confined.
